What Do You Call Them?

Need some help here. I have a large garden parasol. Unfortunately I have lost one of those wee plastic tubes that the spokes fit into to stretch the parasol into place. Would have a look on eBay etc but don't know what you call them. Anybody help? Thanks.

If it's the part on the canopy that's lost their called pockets, maggie.
