Hi my daughter is off to the us this weekend. We applied for an esta ages ago and got it. Do you need to take it with you and show it or is it auto linked to passport number?

It will show up at passport control, but it is a good idea to make a note of the number - thats what we do when we travel.

We had trips to places like Blair Drummond Safari Park or Edinburgh Zoo when I was at school.😂

As said. It's linked to your passport but I've always taken a copy with me. I'm an eternal worrier though.
