How long each day do you spend on A.B?

I am signed in all the time when i am at home and my laptop is switched on. It is usually on when i am watching TV and in the ads i read Ab or pour a drink etc.
It's not hard to multitask. Modern technology is designed for that. I also have a facebook window open and my hotmail minimised on the bottom tray. If i am off work and home all day, then I am signed into AB and dip in and out as I do lots of things at home.
But I am the same with facebook, ebay and ancestry.co.uk. Like i say, it's what the technology is for.
