How do you find a living persons birthday without them knowing

from flaming, 15.04.05.  Try The Family Records Centre in EC London, tel. [phone]. The Births, Deaths and Marriages registers are in the public domain. You need a person's full name and birth year.  It is tedious work though as the registers are large and many people have the same name.  It might cost a lot to have the info. sent by post.  It would be easier to ask someone else who knows!
