Cambodia Visa

I am volunteering in Cambodia this summer for 40 days, I need a business visa but this only lasts for 30 days. Does anyone know if you are able to apply for a visa extension as soon as you arrive in Cambodia (Phnom Penh airport). If so do they need to keep your passport for a period of time and can this be done at the airport.

I don't know about a visa extension at the airport but plenty of places do visa runs across the border on your 29th day. I went to Cambodia for a month last year, just travelling around - where are you doing your volunteering and what are you doing ?
