I have two adult tickets for wreck it ralph at cineworld, but now want to use one for my 9 year old. Will the staff object to this? I don't see why they would moan as adult tickets are more expensive than childrens tickets. Any help, appreciated. Thanks.

Why not ring the cinema and ask?
you can use it ... it will not be a problem

Just tried to, but the only phone number I could find is only availiable 9am-5pm.
If they challenge you just offer to pay the difference
Wont be a difference Factor, he's got an adults ticket, and wants to take a child in with it.
or just offer that they pay YOU the difference!
i also predict it won't be a problem
Question Author
Factor, surely the cinema would owe me money as childrens tickets are cheaper than adult tickets.
there is no difference to pay ... it is not an adult trying to use a child ticket - it is the other way round
No problem.

"Adult" = full price = anyone can use it

"Child" or "OAP" = concessionary price = only children or OAPs can use it
2 people = 2 tickets. Enjoy
Sorry B00- it was an attempt at humour, which i don't do well. It was a suggestion I made to a Virgin trains ticket collector once when I bought a first class ticket on the train but because of a cancelled service the first class seats were all taken so I sat in the second class compartment, but the ticket inspector wanted to throw me out for having a 1st class ticket so I asked if I could 'stay and pay the difference'. He didn't laugh either

thank you mazie
Ahhh, sorry factor, I didn't get it, should've known that it's not like you to read a post wrong, me on the other hand....

Enjoy the film Swiper :-)
They should allow your 9 year old in on that ticket unless the film is Adult Only rated.
