Who is mocking you and why, for your religious view which you are entitled to?

It appears that my beliefs are upsetting to some. For stating what I believe I am accused of preaching and stuffing my views down the throats of others. I don't, but it is something of a sport on here to join a mob and then attack me.
If I complain I am accused of becoming a martyr.
A no win situation.

I've not looked closely enough to detect any mocking- in fact I have found quite a few posters on here share your intolerance, and what seems to me at times hatred, towards certain races, cultures and religions and I suppose I do wonder whether Jesus , if he existed, or your God would have shared that intolerance

People don't mock you as such, Theland, but rather their posts have a tendency to reflect your incredulity and disdain for beliefs that oppose your own.

What I will say is that a small handful of people on AB are well versed on the bible and the Q'uran and put up more reasoned and informed arguments against religion than you have ever done on its behalf.

Urging people to search youtube to find proof of Jesus' existence and role as the son of God is preposterous. Youtube wasn't exactly around when people were riding donkeys, paying for their loaves of bread in denarii and stoning felons in the marketplace.

Your comments on the thread yesterday about Syria and something about being prophesised in the bible had me wrestling my face from my hands.

the problem, is theland, like many who believe in a brand of religious fairy tale, it is not enough for you, you want to preach to others. When any sensible person can see it's complete mumbo jumbo and also the cause of a great deal of the problems on earth it is not surprising that mocking does ensue.

Theland, I always read your posts but wonder exactly why you post on this site. You will always be mocked here and that will never change. You know the saying "sticks and stones"...................
