I bought a black kitchen bin from a well-known store. Not sure I can say the name but it starts with A and ends in s.I then decided I would like another one for recycled bottles and tins the same as the one I already have but in a different colour. Having looked on their website there was a picture of a white one so I decided I would buy that, but when I went to order it, there wasn't a choice to choose white so I wrote on their question and answer section. This is exactly what I wrote.
Does this bin come in white?
It shows this bin in black and also in white, but there is nowhere to make the choice which colour you want.
Then this morning I received an email from them highlighted in red telling me they could not publish my question as it didn't come within their guidelines! WHAT!
I phoned them to ask for an explanation and was told it's because I said black and white. If I had said black and green it would have been published and I would have received an answer.
Do you think the world is going mad when you cannot ask a simple question like this?
How can this be racist?

When I phoned them this morning I was passed from pillar to post, they even put me through to their technical team at one point. I don't think they will know if I go on live chat, but I might just go on it to ask for the address of their head office. Thanks.
Do you mean this one Bobbi? I can't see anything that says head office only this Argos Direct address. Can you copy and paste it for me please? x

The world went mad ages ago. Still, there's a limit to how long I have to put up with it's insanity. I feel sorry for the poor brainwashed coming generations. And the future human race in general.
