I have my grandson over, we are watching CBBC. The program is about a dancing studio. (the next step) All very innocent.....until...it shows two lesbians kissing! Is that really in children's TV these days? Gawd elp us!

kissing people isn't normal and should be hidden away from 6-12 year olds? Blimey, i find that an odd attitude to say the least! what age is it appropriate for a child to see two people kissing? my husband and me usually kiss when we're saying goodbye for work, and my 11 yo has been exposed to that all her life, the shame! what do you think is going to happen to her now???

1989 first kiss between two men (Eastenders) and Corrie was first to show two women kissing in 1994.
