Sorry I know I got a thread about this but won't let me reply anymore. At the moment I'm really in doubt got loads of pros and cons

The cons as I see them are that you don't want to leave Selco, you don't really want to do the new job and therefore you're likely to leave within a very short time - leaving you unemployed again.
If they are the pros and cons it's a no-brainier. Forget the new job and stay at Selco on 10 hours a week.
