Mobile phone mast

What does having 3 antenna, one associated radio equipment cabinet and ancillary development thereto mean?
I am buying a property and this 10m mast is 35 metres away, also is this 3 x more powerful than a single antenna mast??

I would speak to the local authority and ask them about the original planning applications anmd surveys, which should have included the health and safety aspect of erecting said mast.
