If the first born of the monarch takes the throne, what happens if they are twins?

The older of the two is the heir to the throne - one always comes out first.

Hi NJ......I've clicked the link which you gave and it appears that Parliament decides whom is eligible to occupy the throne. This therefore, fully answers the question.!! :-)
