Children are allowed to choose whether they want to go to university or college. My daughter went to college, but my son was pushed by his school to go to university, but he chose not to. He has a number of friends who went to university. Not that it did them much good, he has a far better career than they have.
And as for telling people they will burn in hell. No way. Hell is only mankinds grave, it is not a burning fire of torment!

Pity, that neither testament mentions the fact that a woman can be drugged by a man intent on rape. A drugged woman cannot cry out, so that means she consented both to the drugged drink and the rape. That leaves rapists untouchable, and women without any defences, either against rapists or against a religion-based "justice" system. I suppose you would demand a woman accused of being raped must prove she was drugged.

Ladybirders testimony regarding her experiences with the JWs is powerful and affecting, and certainly matches other testimony I have heard. Disfellowshipping or shunning is a petty way for a community to behave, and the hostility to education, particularly in science/ biology etc is well known.
And what is the point of studying testament anyway? Some refuse to recognise the validity of the Old Testament, and it seems that believers choose to ascribe a literal or metaphorical meaning to any verse, more or less on a whim. Faith twisting reality and feedling the delusion yet again.
