Seated behind a table were two of the most po-faced misterable individuals you could wish to see - their faces would have curdled milk.
In the time I was in view, not one person approached their tent for the 'truth' - maybe because when they got withint range, copies of The Watchtower were visible on the table!!

"I don’t have difficulty in getting along with people, But I find Atheists Do."
More accurately, you may find that atheists have trouble getting along with you, and other JH's, which, given the way you approach everyon on the AB, is hardly surprising!
But then again, i don't catagorise people by their belief systems when measured against mine, and decide if i get on with them on the measurement - that would be singularly arrogant, pompous and rude.
Ah, now I see where you are coming from GL ....

No,the basis for such unity is God’s Word, the Bible. Of course, Jehovah’s Witnesses realize that they cannot dictate to others what to do. But they appreciate the privilege of encouraging others to learn from the Bible many have from different religions and ethnic groups. Other Witnesses were formerly agnostics or atheists.
goodlife - "Of course, Jehovah’s Witnesses realize that they cannot dictate to others what to do...."
Do they know you are a maverick then?
I have rarely seen such dogmatic dictatorial soapboxing anywhere, especially on here - as is conducted by you with your constant cut-and-paste diatribes when you singularly ignore any responses and flatly refuse to engage in anything approaching meaningful debate.
You must be a total outsider then - but honestly, i doubt it.
If JH's realise they cannot dictate, it's surely not for want of trying!!

Sorry goodlife but what gives you the idea that Atheists don't get on with people? As an Atheist, I get along with anyone. This is the freedom that not having any set faith gives me, I acknowledge people have different faiths but I do not feel the need to try to push them into believing in anything. Simple.
@GL I would love to know how many JWs were former agnostics and atheists, as a % of the total JWs. I reckon about 0.00000002% :)
Stop sulking and flouncing out when you are losing an argument, GL ("That because you are all talk, and you haven't got anything to offer, bye bye.") If you refrained from making witless statements like "atheists have problems getting along with others", stopped offering up scriptural passages as if they were nuggets of gold and actually constructively engaged with the criticism a bit more, you too would be someone who got along with people )

This statement is utter bullshine. When I was at school the JW kids were not allowed in assembly, even though the morning assemblies were strictly non denominational.
Certain individuals in the area in which I live are targeted and pestered with visits from groups of JW's. This was tried on my wife until I came home and caught 'em at it.
As to your good self, isnt "Goodlife a presumptuous name to give yourself. Do you no know that prid is a deadly sin?
