I'm not around Mondays, so missed this. I've just trawled through it and feel sad that being a Christian (which obviously means that you believe that your religion is the true one) seems to mean that you can be regarded as mentally ill and fair game. Ah well, I'll keep plugging on keeping our little, ancient (1080s) church functioning in our community; the congregation numbers are holding firm and we have a full church for special occasions such as Carol Service, Easter, Remembrance Sunday etc... Open for visitors, folks! We get quite a lot and I hope they all feel the peace and positivity in there.
Re: O.P. I would obviously prefer to live within a Christian culture, with the common understanding of history, works of art etc.. I hope I've always been a decent person, but finally committing to Christianity did make a difference to my life and the sense of belonging in my culture. Does that answer the O.P. O.K.? :)
