As it appears that the Taliban have very little respect for the female gender and think of them as second-class people I have been wondering why they (Taliban) do not embrace homosexuality. Surely that would fit their ideals more.

- 1.6 million women victims of domestic abuse in the last year in the UK.

The big difference between the Taliban and the U.K is that all on your list are crimes in the U.K and none of them are in Taliban land.

I don't think that an link between misogyny and homosexuality flies for one moment.

Extreme Muslim men regard women as inferior because it makes them feel powerful.

That has nothing to do with sexual impulses, and everything to do with personal security and well-being.

Their ethos is based on a template of a 'perfect male' - in charge, obeyed, superior.

Obviously a gay man is a perversion of that ideal, a 'lesser male' wo deviates seriously from the template, and therefore cannot be tolerated and must be destroyed.

On that basis, the notion that women are inferior and therefore sexual attraction between men becomes an acceptable alternative becomes an workable situation based on entirely flawed logic.

And you’d be very wise to take your chance here, spice. The statistics for female abuse in this country and the guff spouted in condemnation of ‘extreme’ Muslim men would be funny if it wasn’t such a serious - and dangerous - error of judgement.

Boris says he will take in 5.000 Afgan refugees this year ,building up to 20,000 long term , mainly women and children so thats good until the kids get radicalised as they grow up.
