And one poster who, not being a Mod, insists on telling everyone incorrectly how things are done, unsurprisingly, since if you don't get the memos, you can't run the meeting.

But we'll do it all again, because that's the way awkward people work - if they listen they have to stop moaning about things they know nothing about, even though they are told every couple of months.

The problem is, when people spout nonsense - especially non-Moderators holding forth about what Moderators can and can't do, and do and don't do, I feel I have to try and balance things, because otherwise myself and my fellow Moderators are unfairly maligned.

I know it's just a windup, but it vexes me.
