I am considering writing a kind of leaflet or paper, about how I dislike my head-teacher, and the way he runs the school. I am going to write it tastefully, without making any slanderous remarks and have made clear at the start of this leaflet that everything written is purely my opinion and doesn't have to be believed as the truth. Here is a copy of my disclaimer:

"DISCLAIMER The following is purely my opinion only, and is not written vengefully or for malicious effect, just to voice my views. None of the following is slanderous in any way at all, you do not have to believe what I say, or agree with any of the following points. "

I plan to write under an alias and then place many copies of my final leaflet around the school. Is this completely legal and OK? Does my human right to free speech and an opinion cover this, as long as I don't make any slanderous remarks?

Thank-you.

what will you get out of writing this?
Why hide behind an alias ? Would it not be better to voice your concerns directly to the said individual ?
Except that it will obviously have been written for vengeful and malicious intent !

And to echo cazz, why write it ?
Why cause upset if you are leaving school anyway.
Leave and get on with your life.
I do not think it would achieve anything.
Life is too short and you may regret it
Also writing a paper registering your dislike for your headteacher will only cause people to believe you have issues, not necessarily that he is doing a bad job...
dont burn your bridges, you may need to use him as a referee (as some institutions normally only seek references from head teachers)

It is not a wise idea ,despite how vengeful you may feel...
I got sprouts you want some whiff

How about you use all of the time you WERE going to spend on this doing something nice for someone close to you?
Don't bother, its a waste of your time, for many reasons.

To write an anonymous letter to your head teacher only diminishes you. If you feel you have something to say then say it, don't hide behind anonimity. Also, you may think the teachers and the head wont know who its from but they always find out, trust me on that one.

Why not do something constructive like form or join a student council so that you may have some input into the areas that you feel are failing due to the head teachers running. Whilst you may feel you have genuine grievences have you ever considered what his agenda is and how he has to make targets etc, sad though it is, schools are not just about teaching these days, everything is scrutinised by the 'inspectors'..

You also say you dislike your head teacher, that is a personality issue, and believe me, there will be many more people in you lifetime you will come across who you dislike, thats because we are all different.

You sound like a pretty smart guy, use you talents constructively not destructively.
Tommy why don't you just get on with your schooling then maybe when you eventually leave formal education you might get a decent JOB! Then you just might be able to afford a mortgage 'cause you wont if you "toss off" all the time.
When i was at school 90% of the teachers used the cane.
Teachers don't these days, so just get on with your schooling!!
