I need to email to different people the same invoice.
Am I correct in thinking I need copy the invoice once and be able to forward it to all at the press of a button?
I would prefer the email addresses to be hidden from other recipients.
Any simple advice would be appreciated

I know nothing about the Apple email tool but BCC (blind carbon copy) restricts the list of recipients. email to yourself and BCC to all the others - they'll only see you as well as themselves.

Yep, as above.

On Mail click View and the pulldown menu you'll see Bcc address field - click that and writing emails will show Bcc above Subject.

Clicked on mail but there is no "BCC" option would it be "Hide others'?
