Calls from “bt out reach “ nice lady is gonna cut off my internet .She is phoning on a Bt line to tell me that is gonna cut my bt internet .isn’t that kind of her .At least she is not using an outside agent .

I had the same call but our internet isn’t through BT!

Since I started barring these calls I've had far fewer, so it may be that they do use the same numbers repeatedly.

not surprisingly, i know people without internet who get phone calls threatening to cut it off . . .

I had a friendly lady phone me on my BT landline yesterday at 08:30 to advise that my internet would be cut off in 24 hours unless I took steps. She must have changed her mind because here I am nearly 30 hours later on the internet.
