Strange telephone number

Just got a phonecall from 0020504 - when I answered it just went dead. I have tried googling the number but nothing comes up - any ideas anyone?

Don't bother sherrard, these numbers dial out from a computer, it's only when you pick up the phone that a live person will eventually come on the line and try to flog you something. 0020 is the international code for dialling Egypt......
