We often hear of people 'seeing' ghosts and spirits of people who have died. Obviously they lived in the 'past'. So why do we never hear of people who are living at the moment, who have journeyed to the future, and come back to tell what the future is like (possibly in the house they are living ?). Maybe you have to be dead before you can haunt ....
Well I think you probably hit the nail on the head with the "Maybe you have to be dead before you can haunt" maybe I'm wrong but I aways thought that's the way it is suppose to happen, if you believe in such things.
lol wolfgang, I cant get my head around that no food, no booze, no sun no moon nothing, might as well be dead. So I suppose we go back just to sniff at the food and the booze and do a little peeping tomming to remember what the sex was like.
Nearly all spirits that return are of younger people who have had their life curtailed in some manner. You could assume that those people who are older that have contributed are using their skills in other universes.
It's one of the most common arguments against the possibility of time travel. I.e. if you suddenly had the means of travelling forwards and backwards in time, wouldn't you travel back in time to see Jimi Hendrix live, to assassinate Hitler in his teens, to video the birth of Christ or the construction of the pyramids, etc...?
So why wasn't Wembley Stadium at Live Aid full of time travellers from the future...?
