Wimbledon - Every year we watch Wimbledon (hoping for a British Winner!!) eash time we see a view of the Trainers/Coaches and families we see an old guy with a cowboy hat on ...... Who is this individual?

I was going to ask this,he's always there at the end of the row think hes been there since wimbledon started lol,am sure someone on here will know. Hope so anyway,put me out of my misery.
