Was a trailer in the middle of the World Matchplay Darts today with what sounded like an old tune but with new drum beat to it. Male vocalist was singing the line Run Run Run....then it was either but you just can hide or but you sure can't hide...any ideas who sings this and the title?

I've since found out the line is from Ball of Confusion by The Temptations...anyone know who has sampled this line on the version I heard.

Don't know if it's the version you are after but it was sampled a few years back for "Eye for an Eye" by UNKLE...

Didn't hear it,
But the only song I know with the lyrics "Run, run, run -
are by a band called Jo Jo Gunne - they were around in - I dunno, late seventies - early eighties & as far as I know that was their only hit (Title same as lyrics).
Do us a favour & let me know if I'm right - hadn't thought about that record for yonks - now it's bringing back memories !!

Thanks Kempie, that's the exact one, not the Temptations singing but ripped off some of the lyrics from Ball Of Confusion, thanks again. Thanks also DebsyDoo for your answer, wasn't Jo Jo Gunne but cheers anyway.
