Great Start To May

I am now 198lbs lighter.
I lost weight on holiday!!
Only another 35lbs to go to get to the surgeon set target, but who knows I may add 14lbs to that will wait and see how I feel after those last 35lbs.

mally - the holiday had its highs and lows, but it felt wonderful to be able to wander around Brugge without getting out of breath or wondering where there is a bench to sit on!
