Printing on to CD labels

I bought those Sheets which have two labels on each sheet now I've downloaded some software to design the lable only now I don't know how to make it so the design lines up to the lables!

Any help or recommendations of a new software I can use??

They are Chiltern Wove CD/DVD lables if that's of any help!

Normally, software for designing CD labels will include a print option, and normally that will allow you to select from well-known brands and sizes of label stationery, or customise the output (labels per sheet, borders, etc.)
As you don't state precisely which software you downloaded or which labels you bought, it's pretty difficult to help!
