security message?

i keep getting this message, "do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" and if i want to see the page i have to click no. please can someone tell me how to get rid of it, many thanks

Use a different browser?

Tools/Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click Custom Level
Scroll down to Miscellaneous
Keep scrolling 'til you see "Display mixed content"
Click on "Enable" (it will be currently set to "Prompt")
Click OK
Confirm that you want to make the changes
Click OK
