Hi

I have a (facebook) cookie on my computer that I can't delete & it's driving me mad

When I hit delete, I receive the message asking me to determine the file's location or I cannot delete it. I have got absolutely no idea what this means

I have tried to clean disc & remove cookies on Control Options, but this damn thing won't go. Please please please could someone help?

Thanks

Why are you so desperate to get rid of that one cookie?
try deleting it via internet options rather than the individual file, you can delete history, temp files and cookies.

Thanks for advice

I want to get rid of it because I don't know what information it is getting out of me. Also, I have tried using Internet Options & the file is still there. When I try to determine what it is, I am given a screen that says 'The website cannot be displayed'. No matter what I try...nothing works. Please help. Thanks
Download and install this software:

It is perfectly safe.

Once installed run the cleaner and it will get rid of all cookies.

The one you are trying to get rid of is doing no harm so I can't figure out why you are stressing over it.
Btw, every time you open a facebook link or page that cookie will be put back on your PC.
I'd agree with daffy, you're stressing over nothing.
