My Google Earth is not working properly,can`t do street view.

Have gone to the Help section and it tells me to look for the .dat files under C:\Users\%username%\AppData\%Local or LocalLow%\Google\GoogleEarth.
How do I find the .dat files?

I hope someone can help you, kloofnek, because I am having problems with it also. I get a message saying: "Google Earth has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have clicked on "Learn about resolving crashes" and have had no luck fixing whatever the problem is.
