Bought Apple Ipad Mini two and half years ago, it seems to take longer to charge. Could the battery be on its way out? If so should I replace the battery or is it not worth it, am I due for a new ipad? If its due a replacement battery, where should I get it, is it easy for me to change? I have bought compatible batteries for my laptop and they are useless, so I dont want a compatible. Help, I am not technical at all!!

I had this problem a few updates ago and I found that closing all the apps before charging seemed to work. Once I had done another update though everything has been fine since and I am up to date on the updates. My iPad is over 4 years old and still charges to full within approx 3 hours

Thanks Sycamore, much better now !
if your battery does expire check Youtube
The video below is just for example and may not be the same as your model.

There are places that will do it for you to.
I forgot to mention also to make your charge time quicker put your device into airplane mode. My ipad2 is over 4 years old and in two hours has gone from 2% to 70%
