Erratic Screen

With 3/4 tabs open,when i move cursor on to a tab the monitor screen jumps about opening all the tabs flashing on the screen and not solid.

Can you get into settings? Then restore to an earlier time?

All this happened after a windows update could that be the problem, i may just leave it for now and go to erotic screen tho it may still be jerking

It may be running out of resources. Just 2 to 3 tabs is ridiculous though.
Or maybe a video driver bug.
It may pay you to rollback the update, see if the issue clears.
