opening photos

when I click on a photo in My Pictures it insists on opening in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 (I didn't even know I had this but I assume it came with Photoshop Elements 3). I'm given the option of opening in Windows Picture Viewer, which I want (quicker and less 'noisy' to look at), but have to do it every time. Where can I change the default to Picture Viewer? I've got Windows XP.

Morning all...what a night, the rain was horrendous, to the point of being worrying. It woke me at 2am ish and it was a constant roar for ages...got up to look and the water was washing down the road like a river. Of course that activated the ole bladder and as I sat there ...in the dark, I know where evrything is :).... there was an almighty crack of lightning and thunder. I'm not frightened of storms but I moved back across the landing pretty sharpish.

Have a big fat cold sore on bottom lip, bane of my life and I pick it!
Says 14° here but feels like 5° so damp and chilly. I slept in marital bed much warmer but when I woke up marital partner was in hija's room!

anyone see the northern lights? They were saying they might be visible north of Watford last night and maybe again tonight... I couldn't see anything but as I was looking south, this is no surprise... Anyway, I think I will go to a cruise show today

good whateveritis all. had to get up and go out early to avoid the bottle men whose jingling terrifies Rab. feeling less zonked today and the weather is better. Squirrels are playing in the trees and the dogs have spent most of the day so far sitting under the trees, open mouthed hoping for a clumsy squirrel. Too sweet.
