can anyone help. i was on msm and two programs came up on my desktop does anyone know what they are....one programe is called net and the other one is called oo

Not sure - though oo is a shorthand for object oriented programming.

My advice is go to tools (up there at top of screen), Internet options, Delete cookies, delete files, clear history. Then shut down your internet explorer, run a virus scan, as well as a spyware scan, to make sure nothing nasty has been downloaded.
