Can anyone on answerbank help me please,I used to talk to my friend on messenger every day on the webcam,but since I have taken my desktop back to factory settings I don't seem to have the same messenger on my computer that I downloaded it has no telephone icon that I press on to talk to him on the webcam and see him as well,what have I done wrong.
