e-mails

I use Tiscali broadband, and I've never had a problem untill now. The e-mails come into the in box ok but when I open them up it shows all the info in regards to adressess, subjet etc but no e-mail or attachments . I've tried sending test mails to my other address (also with Tiscali) and the same happens in both directions. Even though I've had a computer a while I must admit to being ignorant of how they actually work so any help and advice on this problem would be greatly appreciated
