Webcam on LIve Messenger

can anyone help i have a webcam and i have it installed was using it to contact a freind was working but it seems not to go now can hear each other can see our own images on our own cameras when the invite from either of us comes it starts loading camera but then just goes of have tried setting view each others cameras to no availdriving me round the bend please help

messenger web cams problems are often caused by each of you running slightly different versions of messenger.

Make sure you both have the latest version installed

Both of you download Skype ( free) I find it much easier to workwith,both audio & camera.
