Printing On Avery Labels

Can anyone help? Don't know if I have got the correct category. Trying to print using Word, on Avery J8163 and everything works ok until I try and print on them. I print on plain paper and then align it with the labels to see if they are ok, which they are. I then go and print on the labels and they don't fit. Either some are on the space of the label or some are over or under. The printer is Hp Deskjet 3550 if thats any help. Have been looking for settings about paper but all is ok.

I had a similar problem with Avery labels where the template I was using in word was for US Letter sized paper and not A4. I visited the avery site and downloaded the correct template and everything was fine. Maybe this is it ?
