Just started updating my iphone but the install progress bar has stopped and has been stopped for at least 10 minutes now. :-( its stuck on the 'backing up files' bit. :-( anyone know why??? TIA

Milvus

Depending on the amount of data and apps on your iphone the update and restore can take 30 - 60 minutes. Some progress bars run very slow in parts.
After finishing the restore it will run another sync
