Does anyone know if PayPal is down ?
I've ordered things on line today from two different sources and I usually get an email straight away to confirm my purchase but I've had nothing .
The transactions went through according to my account .

Oh dear woofy, it's very windy here but sunny. One man came to mow, it's looking very green. Tried to potter a bit but I'm still a bit lacking in energy so I'm doing some armchair housework....ie just thinking about it.

Wasted journey to the library .They didn't have the book I wanted .I'm reading a series of 34 books called The Morland Dynasty. They are hard to get hold of although I've picked a few up in charity shops and second hand from Amazon.
I started from the beginning and then found some from the end so I need to meet in the middle by which time I won't have a clue who's begat who but they're very good .
Lol shaney, you'll have to write your own middle bits. Do you know any charity shops well enough to ask them to look out for some for you? They're pretty good round here if you're a regular...I've got a loyalty card :)

She started writing them in the 70's.It's historical, obviously, but she weaves this family into all the momentous events of British history .It starts round about the time of Richard the Third and ends shortly before the second world war.
I've read 15 so far and atm in the one I'm reading it's heading towards the first world war and the main character is on the Titanic .I hope he survives !
