Hi I need to check whether a text I received from My Hermes is a Scam or I really do have a Parcel. Can anyone please send me the direct link to the Live Chat on My Hermes Website.?

I've been getting texts purportedly from DHL. I KNOW I don't have a parcel coming - definite scam attempt.

If they are asking for money due, it's most likely to be a scam.
I had another one the other day from royal mail.

Ask yourself how would Hermes know your number in order to send you a text and, as emeriitus says, are you expecting a parcel?

^soliloquy...usually when you order online, you are asked to provide a phone number/email address to the retailer. This is often passed on to the courier so they can inform you of delivery times etc.
