Best free website builder and hosting

I've recently set up my own business and finances are a little tight so I want to find a website builder that offers a reasonable amount of space and if possible free hosting. I have seen a few but I would love to have opinions and advice from members here.

Don't believe free hosting.....Try this site http://www.thewebpole.com/ to build the web site and also get the domain name register, domain appraisal, online file folder, ssl certificate etc...
