Because of the increasing cost of inks I decided to go compatible.I'm finding the skin colours are a yellowy tone instead of "pink" and the blue is green,Any suggestions please except for chuck 'em? Thanks!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I’ve never noticed any colour problems with compatible cartridges – but much might depend on how critical an eye one possesses.
The advanced settings (under colour management) on your printer should allow you to correct such a printing aberration – but I reckon it would take careful tweaking to get things just so.

Thanks Hymie I was thinking along those lines but I couldn't fathom out which ink colour or combinations would give me the required effect to my colour problem.I've since found a site that gives a selection of ink adjustments for your photo problem eg too green.....too red etc.I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
