Is there anyone who can help me with my HP printer problem.

My printer is HP Photosmart all in one, I renewed the black and coulor cartridges a few weeks ago, on Sunday night it would not print, On screen message was incampatible print cartridge I took both cartridges out and pushed them back again all worked fine, then to night same thing happened, no amount of putting them back in changes still will not print.
The HP cartridges that are in the printer must be nearley full, as i do not use very often.

Clean the contacts on both the cartridges, and more importantly, where they connect to the printer.

I use a fibre pen, but it can be done carefully with a small screwdriver.

Ifound this on the net. It worked for me. Mine is a photosmart C4272.
Hold the power and cancel button down
When it say's enter special key combo press Blue, Green, then Grey.
Press Blue again. Now it say's information menu.
Press Green, then Grey, now it say's "checksum for relock data"
Press Green again
