I seem to remember MS Word has templates for that sort of thing.
Word would probably be best. Just increase the font size and change the style & colour.
Powerpoint is surprisingly good for this sort of thing - even in 'portrait' orientation.

Loads of nice formats/backgrounds - and 'ready to go' font sizes & boxes etc.
I'd stick with Publisher! : )
I use 2010 ..which has better templates included.
Office HAS templates .. but I think clip art is what is being referred to .. that is on an add-on disc. TBH .. most of it looks like OTT American rubbish.
Microsoft Publisher has some easy to use templates (listed as 'Award Certificates) but I find it fairly easy to start with a blank document.

Microsoft Word also has some suitable templates available. (You need to be online when using it, as the templates are automatically downloaded from Microsoft's website when you select them).

But PagePlus SE is well-reviewed, very easy to use and free!

For Chris

Pardon me for jumping in here. Chris, could you find the time to have a look back at my posting for Internet Shopping. According to the Breathing Space site it is open for on-line orders. When I try to add item to cart it doesn't recognise it.

Thanks

Howie
