at minute i have talktalk (used to be tiscali) its usually a good service and good customer call centre but lately its been rubbish... twice i have had a problem and twice they have charged me 50 quid to sort it out and the internet has been hit and miss for a couple weeks now but im not calling them again and getting stung with a 50 quid bill ......
my contract is up now and im thinking of changing providers. Can anyone recommend one to me? Ive googled and looked at virgin, bt and sky but the different packages are just confusing me....im not bothered about phone packages or tv packages but if i have to have one i dont mind..... i do need unlimited broadband though... thank you :)

Sky has been fine. However, (a) we already had Sky TV , which made it cheaper, and (b) it does vary according to where you are, so it might actually make sense to ask neighbours.
Have a look at Tesco broadband. I have been with them 8 years Never had problem with them Their customer service is good and ever so helpful . I had to have my modem changed when I had my new windows seven . Just rang them and modem was here within 2 days. No charge and no charge for sorting anything out.
