ipaq 5450 internet connection

HI FOLKS,

I have a ipaq 5450 and i am looking to connect it to the internet via my bluetooth dongle and desktop pc.
I am able to establish a connection between the ipaq and the desktop pc but dialing a connection seems to be causing me problems.
The thing is i am not really sure how to change or set up the connection settings or dialing locations on my ipaq.

its probably a sample procedure. So i want to connect my ipaq5450 via bluetooth dongle to my desktop pc through the adsl modem to get the pda online.

Any help at all would be excellent
