Transfering Files

Just got a new computer (well, new to me, anyway!). My question is, how can I transfer files etc from my old computer to this one? Is there a quick and simple way?

Burn on to CD or use a direct connection such as LapLink.

Do you have a website so you could put your files on that from your old computer then retrieve from the site on your new one?

If you feel up to it, you could remove the hard drive from your old pc and temporarily plug it into your new one.

Failing that, purchase a pen drive, assuming that your old pc has usb ports, more cost effective than cds, andthey are easier to use..

You could always by a null modem and transfer the files that way. A very simple process, ask in any PC Hardware shop. Very cheap.
