I'm not sure that you can get software for this purpose, as your telephone supplier usually activates the service. This applies to all phones that have the facility built in, as far as I am aware.

Sorry about that misleading reply. Thought you were referring to caller display. Must be more careful in future :)

If you mean missed calls while on the (Dia Up) Internet?

If you get BT's FREE 1571 service,this will take messages while you are engaged,it will not of course give you the number that called if they do not leave a message.

1471 gives the number( or explains that number was withheld) of the last five calls. 

My caller display thing is separate from the phone.  A BT gizmo, appx 3 x 2 x 2 that plugs into the phone line socket first with the phone plugged into the special plug.  Although I have Broadband, and do not know for sure that it will work for you, I imagine that  the number of the caller  would show whilst you were using the phone line for the PC?  I got that free with a promotion a couple of years ago, but I can't imagine it being more than a few �s.
