Gmail Again

Sorry to pursue this line again but I'm in a fix.Because Google updated their email service it was necessary for me to sign on to new a/c and email address.As I badly explained in a previous post I can no longer access my contacts to be able to transfer them to my new email address.I've done all the suggestions on doing this but all I get is, the contact has been transferred but it certainly isn't at the new address.Can anyone please offer where they might be found.
