I can't but strange some do and don't and different colours.

It is spinning for me Pixie but it's still only black and white. Everyone here can only see black and white too except my Grandad who can see red. Very weird.

Yeah reds and greens.
It helps to know you are supposed to see it though.
I'm surprised if no one knows why. This illusion was known when I was a kid, and probably much much much earlier.
